these are four pictures i took for my parents just before christmas

my brother, sister and i are infront of the queen elizabeth ii marina in guernsey

it was a sad day this week when my brother told me of the loss of his pet crayfish jacque. like so many tragic deaths, he was taken well before his time. there were rumours around the fish tank that he’d talked about taking his own life rather than allowing himself to be fattened up, but those who knew him believe it was something more sudden and turbulent that swept him from this world.

he will be sorely missed.

i went kart racing today with my little sister. i’m pretty competitive and she’s pretty rubbish at karting; a recipe for me being happy. it’s kinda hard to take pictures when you’re sitting on a tea tray doing 40mph so i had to take some beforehand. the tires around the track actually ended up proving more interesting to photograph than the karts.

trust me - tires are way exciting…

nice cake… i went home for my little sister’s 18th. mum really outdid herself with the cake although dad tried to convince me he did most of the work building the base for it. happy birthday chantelle

my mum always complains that i never let her get a decent photograph of me. if you look at these i think that’s pretty easily disproven…
