i carved a pumpkin for the first time today. here’s the result:

whenever i feel the need to try new techniques with my camera, the british museum is my place. steve and i went today and tried shooting (mostly) wide angle and a fixed 50. steve’s are better once he’s put them up i’ll link them here. here are a couple of my attempts.

two and a half months and i finally get to fly out to nyc to see lisa. here are some pics of a night out with her friends and my old flatmate gabe, some arty farty b&ws of the city and a picture of the other half.
